How to watch TV (and other video) on your iPad (UK)
With iPad’s nice big screen, it’s great to watch TV on it. All you need is to be connected to the internet…
1. TV Catchup

At the moment you can use the iPhone version to watch all the major british television channels through your browser (no app needed) – just sign up for the free account. The picture quality isn’t great but hopefully an iPad version (apparently it’s in the making) will sort that soon.
2. Sky Mobile TV
Available on the AppStore
Sky broadcasts it’s news and sport channels via iPad app – and it’s looking great! You obviously need a subscription, £6 a month if you already paying for Sky TV/Sports, £35(uh) if you are not.
3.Youtube
Obviously.. but let’s not miss it out – you’ll find plenty of tv shows on youtube. Visit

4.Thomson Reuters News Pro
Available on the AppStore
If you want to watch video news of the day, Thomson Reuters have app with top video news.
5.Vimeo
Check out http://vimeo.com/ – video sharing site popular with all kind of artists and communities.
6.TED Talks
