Editor for iPad is a text editor with syntax highlighting – useful for html developers and programmers (html, css, javascript, php) – you can upload/download your files via wifi.

Plus

- sounds interesting on a paper
- you can preview your html documents in built in browser

Minus

- it’s pain to write code using iPad keyboard with all the special keys nested behind several taps, with many of them missing completely and annoying automated corrections
- even using the prepared tags isl very clumsy

Equals

Although this app sounds good as an idea, using it isn’t as good at all. Not sure if developers of this app tried to write one line of actual code in it, but it certainly isn’t something that I would recommend you doing. If only developers came with their own keyboard, instead of using the default OS, it would be more usable..
