N.O.V.A. HD
Gameloft version of Halo 3D first person shooter that is very popular on iPad. You control a space marine going through 13 levels and killing enemies using 6 different weapons.
Plus
- nice looking 3D graphics
- interesting user interface ideas (scaleable map, etc)
- good for showing off your iPad
Minus
- controls doesn’t work that great on huge iPad screen
- thing like – swipe up the screen with three fingers are annoying
- feels rushed out
Equals
Good as the first first person shooter on the iPad, that explores a need for different controls from similar titles on iPhone. Expect better titles to arrive in the future.
